GENERAL AUDITION FOR GEORGIA ENSEMBLE THEATRE 

Georgia Ensemble Theatre will hold professional general auditions for its 2020/21 season on January 6 and January 14, 2020.  

About GET 

Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET) provides award-winning theatre productions and first class educational opportunities on a year-round basis and is the resident professional theatre at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. The Theatre has earned a reputation for the quality and diversity of its plays.

GET operates under an AEA Tier 2 Guest Artist agreement.
 

AUDITION INFORMATION 

Time:  
Monday, January 6: 12p – 10p. 
Tuesday, January 14: 1p – 10p.

Georgia Ensemble Theatre – in the Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA 30075

AUDITION PREPARATION & APPOINTMENTS 

As we gear up for our 28th season, we're interested in meeting new artists and in seeing new sides of artists we've worked with before.  

For the audition, prepare no more than two minutes of two contrasting pieces. Singing is not required. If you choose to sing, please plan to sing a cappella or bring a track with you (we will have speakers and an aux cord to connect).  

To accept an appointment, reply to mvine@get.org with the following information: 

  • Digital Copy of Headshot/Resume
  • Equity Status
  • First and second choice of times (in hour-long blocks) to audition on January 6 & 14

IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN AUDITION SLOT. 

Additional Tips and Requests: 

  • Please bring 1 headshot/resume (attached) to your appointment.
  • If you schedule an audition and something else comes up, please cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
