Common Field seeks an enthusiastic individual to fill the full-time role of Network Program Manager to help further the vision we've developed over the past five years.

The Network Program Manager connects Network members to each other and the organization; creates and manages year-round programs that are responsive and representative of our national field and that respond to urgent and timely issues, challenges and opportunities. They provide administrative and programmatic leadership in the day-to-day management of the Network and Projects program, realizing existing initiatives and developing new projects that align with Common Field’s goals and values. They have a deep knowledge and awareness of the artists organization field.

Common Field is a national network of independent visual artists’ organizations and organizers that connects, supports, and advocates for the artist-centered field. Founded in 2013 and launched in 2015, the Common Field network has 700+ members across the US. Common Field organizes as a field in order to strengthen one another through collective action, shared information, and mutual support. Common Field’s vision is to build platforms and advance thinking that support diversity in identity, geography, history, orientation, perspective, and circumstance and create space for many people to enter and shape the field.
